EVALUATION
The first meeting with Smart Choice will entail a discussion pertaining to your current and future communication service needs. Lastly, we will gather your current costs with copies of your Voice (Local & Long Distance) and Data (Internet) bills.

PROPOSAL
Smart Choice will assess your criteria and analyze different providers to meet your individual needs. Once this research is completed, we will prepare one proposal with a comparison of all the qualified providers. This proposal will compare and highlight your current costs to the projected costs showing the savings and /or upgraded services from your current providers and potential providers.

REVIEW
We will review the choices with you that best fit your criteria as described in the first meeting. With current, pertinent data, the “think about it” thought process will have been accomplished in the evaluation meeting. At this point, we will recommend the best choices that fit your company’s current and future needs based on your criteria in the evaluation.
